While Elin Nordegren is settling into her new $12.2 million mansion in North Palm Beach, Fla. Tiger Woods has reportedly moved on with a 22-year-old less than a year after his divorce was settled.
Tiger, 35, has been spotted with a young blonde lady friend, Alyse Lahti Johnston, a 22-year-old aspiring golf pro originally from Ohio, ABC News reports.

And Alyse has a record.
According to Radar Online, she was arrested on suspicion of DUI last year and her mug shot was released on Oct. 9.
Tiger and Alyse have allegedly been dating for several weeks, and Alyse moved to the Windermere, Fla., estate where her mother and stepfather live after graduating from Ohio State last year, according to Radar.
Alyse's former classmate told Radar that her pal doesn't plan to pursue a long-term relationship with Tiger.
"She is a really nice girl, smart and super friendly. And she's also a bit of a wild child. She definitely likes to have fun," the classmate said.
