Tiger Woods can't seem to catch a break. The recently divorced pro golfer — whose career and private life was turned upside down when his infidelities went public over a year ago — will be fined for spitting during Sunday's Dubai Desert Classic.

"Tournament director Mike Stewart has reviewed the incident and feels there has been a breach of the tour code of conduct and consequently Tiger Woods will be fined," the European Tour said in a statement on Monday, via the L.A. Times.

Tiger was on the 12th green, and allegedly frustration over his performance caused him to spit across the green.

Some commentators were surprised and disapproving of Tiger's actions — calling him "arrogant" and "petulant."

He finished in a tie for 20th place at the competition.
