Tila Tequila Heading to Rehab After Being Hospitalized With a Brain Aneurysm

Tila Tequila is entering a rehab facility after being hospitalized last week for a brain aneurysm that almost killed her. The 30-year-old reality star reportedly overdosed on drugs in an attempted suicide, but it is still unclear as to whether or not that caused the aneurysm.

"Tila has agreed to go into treatment on her own at Palm Partners in Florida and will be entering this week," Tila's rep told E! News. "That is all the info we want to give at this time."

Tila was taken to the hospital after paramedics responded to a 911 call placed by her roommate, who described the situation as a drug-related suicide attempt.

Her rep, who states that her friends did not stage an intervention as some sites have reported, says that Tila "continues to recover and is doing better," adding, "We ask that her privacy is respected during this difficult time."
