NEWSTLC Takes Jon Off the Show

Goodbye Jon! TLC has finally decided to take Jon Gosselin off Jon & Kate Plus 8. The show will be relaunched as simply Kate Plus 8 beginning Nov. 2, JustJared.com reports. The new show will focus on Kate Gosselin as a single mother.
Eileen O'Neill, President and GM, TLC says, “Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family. The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers. Additionally the network is in development on a Kate project for 2010.”

Jon will still make some appearances on the show and TLC says they will continue to maintain an exclusive relationship with him. So does that mean there will be a Jon Plus Hailey show next? Say it isn't so!
