Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer took their two kids Ruby Sweetheart and Otis Tobias out to breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien in Brentwood, Calif. yesterday. Looks like Ruby was trying hard to beat the heat, even going as far as rolling up her T-shirt to stay cool. Don't worry, her Mom and Dad stepped in to make sure she fixed it. We can only imagine what Tobey will be like when she's a teenager!

Tobey and Jennifer met in 2003 while he was filming Seabiscuit. In 2006, they became engaged shortly before Ruby was born. The couple wed in 2007 and Otis was born in 2009.

This January, Tobey confirmed that he would not be reprising his role as Peter Parker in Spider-man. Several actors were in the talks to replace Tobey, ranging from David Henrie to Logan Lerman to Aaron Johnson and more! Finally, the creators settled on unknown actor Andrew Garfield.
