NEWSToday We're Loving: Same Sky Bracelets!

It's time to give back like celebs! Today, OK! is loving Same Sky bracelets — beautiful jewelry with an empowering story behind it! The Same Sky organization employs HIV positive women in Rwanda who survived the 1994 Genocide, and offers them a chance for a better life! Celebs like Halle Berry, Meryl Streep and Alicia Keys have already joined the movement!
The 100 percent fair-trade bracelets are made of handblown glass beads, which are then crafted by women artisans. Buying a bracelet (ranging in price from $140- $160) contributes to a movement that empowers women.

The Same Sky organization teaches HIV positive women in Rwanda the valuable skills of crocheting, enabling them to earn a steady income to support families and receive proper treatment.
Models were spotted wearing the hand-crafted bracelets — also featured in Teen Vogue — backstage at the DKNY and Donna Karan fashion shows this winter and Same Sky was also featured on The View!
