It's been a few days since news broke about the split of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, but the A-listers are already lining up their legal teams.

According to RadarOnline, Tom has hired Dennis Wasser to represent him in the split. They worked together years ago when Tom and Nicole Kidman got divorced.
Tom's longtime attorney, Bert Fields, explained to The Los Angeles Times, "I would hope that it's not a contentious matter. I know Tom is not a particularly contentious person."

Katie has hired Jonathan Wolfe, a New Jersey-based lawyer. Apparently she's asked for sole legal custody and primary physical custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Suri.
