File this one under "R" for "Random": Internet rumors that Tom Cruise had fallen to his death in New Zealand are false. And yes, we're just as confused as you are.
"This is completely not true. Tom is not in New Zealand nor has he been there recently. This is erroneous and unreliable Internet garbage," Tom's publicist Jeff Raymond told Reuters.
Reports had been circulating today that Katie Holmes' hubby had either fallen or jumped off the Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand.

This isn't the first time an actor has been associated with those cliffs – the same rumor about the same exact cliffs circulated two years ago, saying actor Tom Hanks had died after falling from their heights.
