Tom's Other Woman!

With Katie Holmes hard at work in Broadway's All My Sons, her husband Tom Cruise has been relying more and more on the help of his sister, Lee Anne Devette, to keep his life running smoothly! 

Devette, who was Tom's publicist in 2004 when he did his now infamous couch jumping performance on the Oprah Winfrey Show, was pushed to the side when a new PR firm took over, just 20 months into the job. Now, OK! has learned exclusively that Tom's sister is back in control.

 "Lee Anne is running Tom's life," a source tells OK! exclusively. "She is back in his business meetings and playing a very influential role in his every decision."

Perhaps Tom just needed someone he could rely on. Earlier this year, the actor and his business partner of 15 years, Paula Wagner, parted ways amid a shakeup at United Artists, the studio they both own a small stake in. That, and other behind-the-scenes changes in Tom's team left him scrambling for someone he could trust.  And in the end, it wasn't his wife.

"Katie's busy with her play in New York for the next six months," says the insider.  "He needed someone to step in and take over. And Lee Anne stepped up to the plate."

But, the source adds, "Katie doesn't know what she's in for. Lee Anne's priority is Tom.  Not, Tom and Katie."

Looks like blood is definitely thicker than water! 

The insider tells OK!, "She Lee Anne is a very strong personality and Tom will listen to whatever she says. Katie better get used to being the second most important person in Tom's life!"
