Tori Spelling treated her two kids Liam and Stella to a sweet treat to beat the heat yesterday. Tori and the kids were spotted at Menchie's in Encino, Calif. We don't know who the cameras were actually snapping pictures of — Tori or Liam. Liam is the most popular 3-year-old on Twitter, his @liamsworld account already has 24,000 followers!
