Even celebrities need real estate agents! OK! has got the scoop that actress Tori Spelling is selling her 1.73 acre property in Malibu and the agent selling it is a celebrity himself!
Madison Hildebrand, star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is the listing broker on their beach home in the Point Dume section of Malibu.
Tori and her husband, Dean McDermott, bought the house in September 2011 for $2.4 million. The 2,400-square-foot house, now listed at $2.7 million, has two-and-a-half bathrooms and includes access to a private, gated beach.
