Travis Barker has been ready to leave the L.A. burn center where he's been receiving treatment since the September plane crash that took the lives of four others, including his assistant and bodyguard, and now the drummer finally gets to go home.
He'll continue treatment for his burns at home and is expected to recover fully from the second- and third-degree burns he sustained in the crashover the coming months, according to reports.
"I can't wait to get out of here," Travis had posted on his MySpace blog. "The doctors say I'm healing quickly."
DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, was the only other survivor of the accident and was released last month. He's been out and about L.A. lately, including DJ'ing a gig on Oct. 14 for Jay-Z.
