Sure he rocks out on-stage, but that doesn't mean that former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker wants to be affiliated with Rockstar beverages.
The mohawked musician is suing Rockstar energy drink company for wrongfully using his picture after the company published a picture on its Web site of Barker holding a can of Rockstar and "identifying him and his endorsement by name'' without consent.
The lawsuit claims invasion of privacy, unfair competition and misappropriating of Barker's likeness to promote the product and seeks unspecified punitive and statutory damages.
