Indianly Fragrant Honey Spiced Black Tea Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
• 1 Ib. grass fed boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into 4 cutlets
• 1 tsp. garam masala
• 2 tsp. honey
• 1 Tbs. prepared black tea
• 1/2 tsp.n extra virgin olive oil
Directions: Place all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Shake vigorously to combine, seal carefully and refrigerate for at least one hour to marinate. Then turn oven on high broil and spray a cookie sheet or baking dish with cooking spray. Spread marinated chicken on sprayed sheet or dish and place in oven to broil for 11-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Chic Tip: For a classy presentation when serving, lay a layer of washed lettuce leaves on a platter and place finished entrée on top of the lettuce leaves.
