Alluringly Irresistible Sweet Potato-Chocolate Whip
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
• 1 can (15 ounces) high quality organic sweet potato puree (or you can make your own!)
• 1/3 cup high quality cocoa, sifted
• 1 Tbs. Grade B maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. orange extract
• 3/4 tsp. organic orange zest
Directions: In a bowl of a mixer, place all ingredients (and whip at medium speed until completely smooth.

Keep It Chic: When serving, place in glass cups topped with a mint leaf sprig.
