Protein-Packed Power Snack
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
• 1 scoop (3 Tbls.) whey protein powder, in desired flavor
• 1/3 cup wild organic berries
• 1 tsp. flaxseed oil
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions: JUST ONE STEP!
1. In a small bowl mix yogurt, powder and flaxseed oil.
Keep It Chic: For a chicer presentation when serving, present in a glass serving cup and top with berries and cinnamon.
