Twilight Town to Have its Own Reality Show

The town of Forks, Washington — which has been thrust into the global spotlight as the setting for the Twilight Saga — might gain fame from another source: as the setting for a new reality docu-soap.
Producer Zig Gauthier has begun casting for an unscripted project set in Forks, reports The Wrap.
But forget vampires, werewolves and undead/human relationships: "We're not going up there looking to cast people who have claims to the supernatural," Gauthier says.

"We want people who have a true connection to the community. We want to avoid people with outlandish claims."
The goal of the untitled show is "to peel back another layer of the onion that is Forks and see what the real people there are like."
Forks has been inundated with tourists since Stephenie Meyer's books became überpopular, with Twi-hards flocking to the home of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
The exact format of the series hasn't yet been worked out, but possibilities for the structure of the show include focusing on a group of high school students or following one or more families who live in the town.
