It's sad when the latest hacking victim is deceased but such is the case of the late Michael Jackson.

Unreleased songs by the King of Pop have been swiped, as reported by CBS News. As for the back story, a year after Michael's death in 2009, Sony signed a seven-year deal with his estate worth up to $250 million! The plan was to sell several albums of Michael's unreleased recordings along with a back catalogue.
Well, Sony noticed a breach of its systems last May and according to a Sony spokeswoman, the company immediately "took steps to secure the site and notify authorities." In fact, two suspects were arrested!

They were charged with computer misuse and copyright offenses in September. Last Friday, James Marks and James McCormick appeared in court in central England to plead not guilty.

Although Sony didn't confirm how much music was stolen, an insider indicated the suspects were Jackson fans and took his material, including unreleased tracks.
