Usher's 34th birthday is already off to a great start!

The R & B singer had dinner with Tom Cruise and Ridley Scott in London Saturday night to celebrate and he Tweeted a pic of the special occasion.

He wrote, "Just an average pre-dinner @howuseeit...thank you Tom and Ridley for dinner lots of laughs and good conservation."
The singer can soon be seen on season 4 of NBC's hit show The Voice. Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Usher is close to signing a deal to be a new mentor alongside Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
Other reports claim that Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will be the ones to leave to focus more on their music careers.
