Zac Efron may be eating his heart out. What better break-up revenge than to pose on the cover of a national magazine showing off your toned body and six pack! But the split between Zac and Vanessa Hudgens was amicable, according to the 22-year-old brunette bombshell who covers the April issue of Shape magazine, opening up about her break-up, workout routine and love for fast food!
"Long-distance relationships are hard no matter what," Vanessa tells Shape of her split from Zac last December, after four years together.
"When you don't have face-to-face time, it's just different. Having an iPhone helped, but it wasn't the same," she added of their hectic working schedules.

Vanessa still remains friends with Zac — who recently visited Vanessa on the set of her new movie Journey 2: The Mysterious Island — and considers their relationship an important one in her life.
"We grew up together," she says of Zac. "It was nice to have someone to share all of those experiences with. It was a good thing. The relationship kept me grounded, and because I was with someone who knew me so well, I didn’t need to try to be someone I'm not."
And she is certainly ready to move on with her love life.
"I hope by the time I'm 30 to have a husband and maybe a baby," she reveals. "I love children. They're so much fun, and I would have a blast spoiling them!"

As for keeping her rockin' bod in shape, Vanessa likes to take people out!
"My mom and I do cardio kickboxing classes together," she shares with the fitness mag. "I love wearing my baseball hat, tilting my head down, and pretending I'm taking people out. It's very therapeutic."
Vanessa also admits that during her teen years, she was addicted to junk food.
"I was so unhealthy," she says. "I used to go to Cold Stone Creamery, get a tub of Butterfinger ice cream, and eat it all before bedtime. And my fingers were permanently stained orange from Cheetos."
