The countdown for baby is officially here! With only a few more months to go, Vanessa and Nick Lachey revealed the sex of their baby.

Drumroll please... the happy couple is going to have a boy this September! Vanessa wrote on her website, "It's a BOY. Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy. We can't wait to meet him soon!!!"

Vanessa's been pretty active on social media lately. In addition to posting a stunning photo of her baby bump earlier in the week, she wrote on her Facebook page: "Nick and I love going through these life experiences together, and we are thinking of doing a Jack & Jill baby shower. I think it will be AMAZING! Share your ideas!"
