NEWS'Vertigo' Star Kim Novak Battling Breast Cancer

Vertigo (1958) actress Kim Novak has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

"It was caught early by a routine yearly mammogram and is undergoing treatment," Kim's manager, Sue Cameron, tells The Hollywood Reporter. "All her doctors say she is in fantastic physical shape and should recover very well."
Kim is 77-years-old and lives in Oregon with her husband, Dr. Robert Malloy. She was honored for her work in August this year by the American Cinematheque.

Her manager says Kim is maintaining her health by working out three times a week with a trainer and riding horses daily.
