Okay, so Alec Baldwin might not be a woman in Hollywood, but he sure knows how to make them laugh! The 30 Rock star brought the funny earlier this week as a speaker at Elle's 16th Annual Women in Hollywood Event. After thanking Elle for his new lipstick, Alec joked, "I realize that I'm the first man to host Elle's Women in Hollywood event, but I want to assure you that I didn't steal this role from a more qualified woman."

"There was an audition process, and I worked just as hard as all the ladies to get this part," he added. "Fortunately, this year the script called for me to move a couch, fall asleep in front of the TV and open a particularly stubborn jar of pickles. Let's not forget that men are good for some things."
