Angelina Jolie is continuing to urge the American public to get involved in the current crisis in Pakistan. In a new PSA, the UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador makes a plea for more help for the victims of Pakistan's floods, which have devastated much of the country.
Angie appeals for a massive relief effort from the public for the millions of people who are suffering greatly as a result of the natural disaster.
"One-fifth of Pakistan is under water and the threat of disease now looms for 20 million affected people," Angelina says in the new PSA. "This is not just a humanitarian crisis; it is an economic and social catastrophe. UNHCR is on the ground. The more support we can give, the greater number of tents, food, clean water, and medicine will get to the people in need."
