VIDEO: Billy Ray Cyrus Rap Off to Miley

In case you were wondering, Billy Ray Cyrus (who's looking an awful lot like Jimmy Fallon these days) wants everyone to know that he "ain't no Twitter quitter" like his daughter and Hannah Montana co-star, Miley Cyrus. Miley recently deleted her Twitter page in a bid to keep her private life more private.

After smiley Miley quit Twitter and left everyone in a flutter, she rapped a video explanation to her fans (obviously, a logical choice).

Billy Ray's rap response video to Miley was aired on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night.
