Dakota Fanning is rounding up young Hollywood in the fight against cancer! Zac Efron gets stuck in an elevator with a group of young girls. His girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, gets a strike while bowling, Kristen Bell cuts her leg shaving and Dakota catches a fly ball at a baseball game in Stand Up 2 Cancer's new "Change the Odds" PSA.
These are just a few of the young Hollywood stars featured in the PSA with cameos also by Olivia Munn, Zachary Levi, Glee's Naya Rivera and Andrew Garfield (who plays the new Peter Parker in Spider-Man!).
The spot was co-directed by Marc Webb ( (500) Days of Summer and the upcoming Spider-Man movie), and commercial and music video director Rich Lee, according to E! News.
The informational commercial sheds light on the alarming odds of someone being diagnosed with cancer — one in two men and one in three women will be affected by the horrific disease in their lifetimes.

The PSA coincides with Stand Up 2 Cancer's upcoming television fundraising event on Sept. 10. The organization was launched two years ago to raise money for cancer research, focused on getting therapies to patients more quickly.
