OK! NEWS: DANIEL RADCLIFFE TALKS FINAL HARRY POTTER FILMS

The good news is that Harry Potter will come to an end much later for fans than it will for the cast. The first film won't be in theaters until this November and the second in July of 2011. So we still have some time!

But sadly for 20-year-old Daniel, who has worked on the series since he was 11, he's already had to start saying his goodbyes.

"Yeah, we've had a few people finish off their stories in the film, and they've been going home," Daniel told MTV News. "It is odd seeing them leave.

"I did have a moment the other day, in the makeup room that I have been in for 10 years now," he shared. "I did walk in and go, 'Wow, this is hitting me. One day — in about four or five months from now — I'm gonna walk in here for the last time.' Especially since, after we're done shooting, they're redoing the entire studio, tearing down and starting again."

It's not a sad ending though for Daniel, as he pointed out that a lot of good has come from making these films — like helping the film industry in England.

"It's going to be amazing," Daniel explained of how the Potter stages will be renovated. "A big investment is going into Leavesden Studios, and England will finally have a third film studio. They've always had Shepperton and Pinewood, but to have Leavesden? That will do wonders for the film industry in England, which is always a struggle to keep going."

Warner Bros. recently announced their plan to buy the studios and establish a permanent U.K. base.

"What's been amazing about Potter is that Potter has been the major film in England for the last 10 years," the star explained. "Our films have given a lot of people jobs, myself included."

So how does Daniel feel to be moving on with his career?

"It's also very exciting to be finishing the series," he said. "And I'll hopefully have something to go onto shortly afterwards."
