NEWSVIDEO: Heidi Montag Hopes for Size 'H' Breasts

Having already undergone multiple cosmetic surgery enhancements — she's already had her second breast augmentation — Heidi Montag isn't done yet. The Hills star tells Extra that her chest is now a "triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi."
"I had a little bit of botox, an eyebrow lift, my ears tucked, I had my nose re-aligned, fat injections put into my cheeks, my lips done and I had my chin shaved down," Heidi explains of her now three month old "upgrade" in an interview to Extra.

Heidi says she had the work done because of underlying insecurities about her looks.
"It always kinda held me back from a certain inner light and an inner happiness," Heidi says of how she was teased in school.
Lo Bosworth, a Hills co-star, has scolded Heidi for sending the wrong message to girls who look up to her, but Heidi disagrees and doesn't believe her cosmetic surgery will play a part in the decision of other young women.
"Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless," Heidi says. "They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that's why I wanted to share my story with it. It's not that you just go in and come out and it's great a week later."

Initially, Heidi's husband Spencer Pratt was against her surgeries.
"Spencer was like, 'You are crazy,' she recounts. "'You've officially lost it. I think you should see a therapist before you go.'"
Apparently he changed her mind or just couldn't stop her!
