The majority of you voted that Kristen Stewart's public speaking is improving and she totally agrees with you! Kristen braved Jay Leno's stage last night on The Tonight Show to promote her new film The Runaways, but also cleared up the talk around her nervous throat-clearing tic displayed on stage at the Oscars. "This will be baffling to a lot of people," she said, "but I was so proud of myself that night! I was like, whoa! I didn't, like, fall down or anything!"

Kristen nervously made her way to the stage in a short black dress and leopard-print heels and quickly got to doing her nervous routine of grabbing her hair and clearing her throat, but she's working on it!

"That's one of those things that'll always replay in your head, like, 'Oh, that happened,' " Kristen told Jay of her Oscars moment. "Why! Whyyyyy!"

Really, Kristen's tics make her just like everyone else — including her idol Joan Jett.

"We're both riddled with tics, but totally different ones," Kristen explained. "And there's only so much that script, footage and pictures can show you."

Kristen shared a clip of her soon-to-be-released film The Runaways, but was very nervous to show it.

"I'm sort of, like, ripping my hair out about it," she confessed. "Because it's a big deal for me."
