VIDEO: Mariah Makes Another Questionable Awards Speech

It's been a busy week full of winning awards for Mariah Carey. The songstress made her second (drunken?) acceptance speech last night at the 2010 People's Choice Awards, where she was honored as Favorite R&B Artist. While her speech was not as long-winded and slurred as the previous evening at the Palm Springs Gala — where she won the Breakthrough Performance honor for her role in Precious— Mimi still needed assistance from devoted hubby Nick Cannon who escorted her on stage.
