While Nick Lachey might be all business touring the U.S. surprising winners from his new site, Winnit.com and helping feed the hungry with Feed America, the star also made time during a stop in Philadelphia to clear the air on his relationship with on-again off-again girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.
"I am happy in a relationship," he clarified to Good Day Philadelphia about how things are going with Vanessa.
