Actress Nikki Reed is using her Twilight platform for a great cause — urging teens to collect school supplies for less fortunate students. More than 13 million kids cannot afford the basic supplies need for back-to-school and Nikki hopes to change that, addressing students in a new PSA!
DoSomething.org and Staples are teaming up with Nikki for the 3rd Annual National Staples/Do Something 101 School Supply Drive.

Nikki is encouraging teens to make a difference this summer by collecting school supplies and dropping them off at their local Staples store from July 4 through Sept. 18. In addition, Staples customers will be able to get involved by donating $1 at any store, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting local students in need.
