Miley Cyrus's little sister Noah Cyrus may be too big for her britches. A video of the 10 year old singing Ke$ha's hit "Tik Tok" — a song about getting crunked and tipsy — appeared on YouTube today. The lyrics might be a little inappropriate for Noah. Maybe the Cyrus girls are in a hurry to grow up. It has been recently reported that big sis Miley could be engaged to Liam Hemsworth.
