Who needs a high-quality video when you've got hips like Shakira! Today the sexy singer premiered her new music video for "Loca" that was shot guerilla-style in Barcelona.

MTV News reports that the video almost appears to be filmed on hand-held cameras and probably had a very low budget — but it works for her!
Aside from Shakira shaking her hips, British rapper Dizzee Rascal also make an appearance in the video.

Despite the low budget quality, this video has the most important element that makes the whole thing work — a good song!
