It was a huge hit four decades ago but there's something classic about The Brady Bunch that just won't go away! That is, Vince Vaughn is co-developing and producing the sitcom and bringing it back to life on CBS.

Deadline reports the original sitcom featuring a widowed architect with three sons and a single mom with three daughters will now have a slight twist. In the reboot, a divorced Bobby Brady (the youngest son in the original version) has kids of his own and is remarried to a woman who also has kids. Plus, their ex-spouses will be part of their lives.

OK! NEWS: VINCE VAUGHN DEFENDS CONTROVERSIAL "GAY" LINE IN THE DILEMMA
Originally when the series aired in 1969, Carol Brady was supposed to be divorced but the network put the kabosh on it so she was simply known as a single mother without details behind the reason why. Suffice it to say, decades later, it seems completely normal to have the lead characters previously divorced.
Sounds like everything comes full circle -- The Brady Bunch originally aired on CBS as a family comedy which moved into the realm of Everybody Loves Raymond and then into the current hits of Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother and 2 Broke Girls. And now it's coming back to its roots with the family sitcom.
