"The Voice" Crowns Its Winner!

Step aside, American Idol, there's a new hot ticket in town. Last night on the finale of NBC's breakout hit, The Voice, Javier Colon won the top prize! Not only did he win first place, he landed a recording contract and $100,000!

As pointed out by RadarOnline, after winning Javier said, "Thank you. The three women behind me are absolutely awesome, and it was a pleasure to be here with them."

Then he did what any winner would do! He tweeted: “What do U say as your first tweet after winning The Voice? U say Thank U! To my fans who voted their asses off 4 me. YOU made the difference.”

Host Carson Daly told the audience that Javier, Adam Levine's protege, ousted Dia Frampton, Blake Shelton's protege by a two percent margin! The four finalists, Javier, Dia, Vicci Martinez and Beverly McClellan, will travel on a six city tour starting next month.
