"For me strategically it's a great move to team up with Jake," Erica told the cameras. "Jake would be the best guy for me to be partners with. He's physical in great shape and mentally he is smart."

Jake is basically using Erica, basically grasping at any resource he can to stay in the competition.

"I think Erica is on board, but I was willing to do anything I needed to do to be safe at the elimination," he explained, as she then proceeds to kiss her passionately to seal the deal.

"I think my kiss with Jake was a long time coming. It was definitely hot," Erica gushed. "I definitely have good lips that I maintain with getting injections every six months, and I'm a good kisser."

"It's time for this princess to take control of the game and for a new power couple to rise up in this house," she added.

Meanwhile, Kasey gives Vienna a promise ring, which at first flips her out, but then she decides she is on board with the idea.

In the end, Jake's attempts to avoid elimination were futile.

Chris Harrison explained it was the "closet vote" in Bachelor Pad history, as it came down to Jake and Kasey.

"There are few things I would like to say to Jake when he exits this mansion," Kasey said confidently. "I swear if he says anything to me, I'm going to punch him in the mouth."

When Kasey's name is called, the screen goes black, leaving Jake's departure open ended. Will he take some people down with him if indeed he was kicked off? Are producers just trying to play a trick on fans?
