It was "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" for Beyonce when she performed at the O2 Arena in London on May 4.
Check out the video of the 31-year-old singer performing her hit "Irreplaceable." At around the 5:40 mark, she makes her way over to Blue Ivy, her daughter with Jay-Z, and holds her hand.

And before anyone worries what kind of mother Beyonce is for letting a toddler attend a concert with over 20,000 screaming fans, the 15-month-old is wearing a pair of lime green protective earphones!
