The judges were giving out lots of "10s" last night on Dancing With the Stars and Chelsea Kane was certainly a worthy recipient! The blonde bombshell delivered a sultry rumba with partner Mark Ballas, launching her to the top of the leaderboard!
Chelsea's rumba was met with lavish praise from the judges.
