Watch: Dr. Phil Calls Dina Lohan "Phony" on Talk Show Promo, Asks About Lindsay Lohan's Legal Woes

Oh, the Lohans.

Here's the latest: Dina Lohan has taped an interview with Dr. Phil McGraw, which will air Monday. During the interview she, to use Dr. Phil's words, is "phony and flittin' around."

We assume Dr. Phil's goal was to talk about Lindsay Lohan's behavior since he attempts to list her legal issues before being cut off by Dina, who says, "If she was living in New York, five of them would be obsolete."

Dr. Phil then talks to Michael Lohan (via Skype) about his meeting with Dina, and Lindsay's father asks, laughing, if she was drinking beforehand.

Our favorite (weirdest) moment is when Dina has an uncontrollable fit of laughter and says, "I'm sorry. You're just sitting there in your little tie and your little shoes..."

To which Dr. Phil, not amused, replies, "My little tie and my little shoes? What the hell does that mean?"

It's safe to say Dr. Phil did not walk away from this a fan of Dina Lohan.
