The presidential election is less than a month away and with President Obama and Mitt Romney each leading or falling behind depending on the day, both candidates need any and all celebrity stumping they can get.
Jay-Z has done his part for the president by creating a 2-minute video praising the incumbent and crediting him for giving droves of people "hope."
"The hope of people all across the country who would look and see themselves and know the possibilities," a suited up Jay tells the camera. "For so long there was this voice that was silenced our there and I think it was silent because people hast lost hope."

The spot also pans to the president's own speech, which was broadcast in Philadelphia at the Made in America festival on Sept. 1. It was here that the Obama praised Jay-Z for making it without coming from privilege and telling the audience that was the "promise of this country."
