Lady Gaga‘s new music video for her hit song “Edge of Glory” features little more than herself, Clarence Clemons and a stoop.
Lady Gaga premiered her new music video on So You Think You Can Dance last night and Tweeted this message with a link to the Vevo video, “Directed By Haus of Gaga. Fashion from the last collection of the legendary Gianni Versace. THE EDGE OF GLORY VIDEO.”
So, how are the reviews so far?
Not so good.
The video is much more simple than any other Lady Gaga videos and fans don’t think that’s a good thing. According to The New York Post, many unhappy fans have decided to blame visionary director Joseph Kahn and harass him on Twitter, but he’s fighting back.
“I did NOT direct Lady Gaga’s ‘Edge of Glory’ video,” Kahn Tweeted. “Lady Gaga did.”
“For the record, some Gaga fans tweeting me here are really mean and nasty,” he added. “But others are beautiful & wonderful.”
