Watch Madonna's "Love Letter" to Hydrangeas: "My Heart Is Going to Burst With Sadness"

Madonna has decided to address her viral hydrangea incident from this past week — when she accepted a bouquet of the flowers from a fan and quickly dismissed them by saying, "I loathe hydrangeas." Now the 53-year-old Material Girl has made a video spoofing her dis.
In the spoof video, Madonna starts out crying over a bouquet of hydrangeas as she pets the petals of the flowers and apologizes to them.
But by the end of the silent 46-second clip, Madonna throws the bouquet down and mouths, “I still hate hydrangeas! And I will always hate them!”
Madonna explains that she prefers roses.
After the incident at the Venice Film Festival this past week, Madonna's rep issued a statement.
“She’s entitled to like any flower she wants, and she didn’t want to hurt the feeling of the hydrangeas of the world.... No disrespect to the hydrangeas lovers of the world, but she prefers different types of flowers,” her rep said in a statement to CNN.
