Miley Cyrus had a bit of a scare during her performance of "The Climb" when a young female fan rushed the stage and put her arm around the singer.

Captured on a YouTube video, a young fan can be seen jumping the stage and running up to Miley.
The girl threw her arm around the singer before a security guard ran up to them and tried to pull the fan away. The security guard dropped the girl off stage before grabbing Miley and rushing her backstage.
