Miley Cyrus is in the business of making wishes come true! In celebration of "World Wish Day" last week, the 18-year-old singer partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to give back to some of her biggest fans: 14 children with life-threatening medical conditions.
Miley is gearing up to kick off her Gypsy Heart concert tour in Quito, Ecuador, but that certainly didn't stop the teen idol from having some fun with the eager group of wish kids, who were chauffeured in limos and flown “in style” across the United States and Austria to Hollywood!

The energized fans, along with supportive family members, enjoyed lunch and a cosmetic makeup session in anticipation of a snapshot with their favorite entertainer.
Miley met with each of her young fans for some one-on-one time and photo-ops; the kids all sang their favorite Miley songs, presented scrapbooks and delivered handmade gifts to the superstar.
