The early reviews of Sean Penn's newest film, This Must Be the Place, weren't so great, but seeing him dressed as Gothic rock star in the first theatrical trailer is enjoyable enough.

Sean plays Cheyenne, a retired wealthy rock star who sets on a quest to avenge his father's persecutor at Auschwitz, SS Officer Aloise Muller. After his father dies he travels across America to find the ex-Nazi war criminal.

The first theatrical trailer for the film has been released (via Twitch) before it opens in France (hence the subtitles).
This Must Be the Place is director Paolo Sorrentino's English-language debut.
