Conan O'Brien always has his finger on the pulse of pop culture, and this time he's got exclusive access to some very interesting audition tapes. Amid rumors that Jersey Shore is looking to replace some of its current cast, Conan snagged some video of Paul Rudd, Anne Hathaway and Dennis Haysbert doing their best attempts at guido and guidettes.

Each star starts out by stating their names, as if we didn't know, and goes on to profess love for all things Jersey Shore, including juiced-up muscleheads and the experience of "taking a grenade" for each other.

Who's got the best audition? We'd cast these three in anything, but perhaps they should re-think the whole approach. Maybe some hair spray is order?
