Ryan Reynolds learned a valuable lesson on the set of The Change-Up while filming a sex scene with Olivia Wilde — "It's a very fine line between chivalry and work place sexual assault."

During a sex scene with Olivia in The Change-Up, Ryan had a difficult time keeping himself together.
"So in the scene she's sitting there and I take her top off and I take her bra off and she has those pasties on," Ryan recalls to Jay Leno last night on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. "But she's drawn these adorable little smiley faces on them. And I forget every line in the scene."
"She takes my hands and she puts them on her breasts," he continues. "So they're there. Palms are a little sweaty. Don't know what's happening. And then at the end of the scene I'm suppose to take them off and I'm trying not to look at her like a 14-year old boy who just won the lady lottery."
And that's really when things went wrong!
"I take my hands away and I look down at my hands and there are two frickin' smiley faces on them!" he shares.

So what did Ryan do?
"I reflexively, like an idiot, just put my hands right back on her breasts," he said. "I think I'm doing it to covering them up, but I'm realizing right now it's a very fine line between chivalry and workplace sexual assault."
