Watch Scotty McCreery's "Kind of Boring" Performance on 'American Idol'

Will Scotty McCreery be in the bottom three for the first time this week? The country cutie did not receive rave reviews from the judges last night with his performance of of the 1980s tune "Swingin' " by John Anderson.

"I would love it if you boot-scooted a little more," Steven Tyler said, always keeping his criticism on the nice side.

Jennifer Lopez loved his "storytelling quality," but was hoping for more from him this week.

"You gotta bring it really hard," Randy Jackson advised. "That was so safe, it was actually kind of boring. There could have been a better song for you to sing."
