Watch Selena Gomez Perform "Who Says" in Santa Monica After Hospital Stay

Selena Gomez has her health back on track. Justin Bieber's 18-year-old girlfriend relieved worried fans yesterday when she came out to perform her hit "Who Says" in Santa Monica to celebrate the launch of her upcoming film Monte Carlo!
At yesterday's festivities Selena opened up to OK! about her recent hospitalization.
“I’m fine. I was just very malnourished," she explained. "I was low on iron and exhausted.”
Since a hospital stay usually beckons flowers or gifts from a boyfriend (The Biebs), she laughed after being asked whether or not he sent her anything.
Selena gushed to OK!, “I had very lovely things sent from my family and friends.”
Justin canceled his trip to Canada for the Stanley Cup Finals featuring his hometown team, the Vancouver Canucks, when he heard the news of Selena's hospitalization Friday.

#GetWellSelena became a trending topic on Twitter Friday as well, and JB was sure to jump on that bandwagon.
Selena dished about working with co-stars Katie Cassidy and Leighton Meester on the set of Monte Carlo.
“It was so awesome," she shared with OK!. "I was really nervous because they’re older and Leighton comes from one of the most successful shows on TV, so I was really nervous. But they took me under their wing and they treated me like I was their little sister. It was really nice.”
Right now the young star is relaxing in her hometown of Dallas, Texas.
She Tweeted: "Feels so good to be home. I love you Dallas!"
